From time to time your bike needs some love to keep performing at its peak. At Stif we pride ourselves on providing your bike with the expert care and attention it needs to always ride as good as it did on day one.
Traditional service bundles can be inflexible and often fall short of key service needs. This has driven us to offer servicing on a per job basis, meaning you only pay for the work that your bike needs. Whether you are looking to freshen up your frame bearings or need some friendly advice on some upgrades. We are here to help.
New for 2025 is our in-house suspension service centre. Our new dedicated suspension service workshop is fully equipped to perform full factory level services. We can completely rebuild your forks, shocks and seatposts in-house with fresh oil, seals, damper oil change and nitrogen recharge.
We offer a reservation system allowing you to book your service ahead of time, meaning you won't be off your bike for 2 weeks waiting for your fork or shock to come back from service. In most cases we are able to offer the same day turnaround.
You're of course always welcome to give us a call (01423 802208) and discuss your requirements, or pop in and speak to our staff, but if you know what work you'd like us to undertake, or would just like a general service and to be advised of our recommendations you can use our form online to book your appointment. You can see our prices here. We'll take a £50 deposit to confirm your booking, which will be deducted from the cost of any work carried out, or refunded (via the original payment method) should your final bill be less than this amount. Please provide as much info as possible in the form below, so we can be prepared with any required spare parts when you arrive.

Good to Know...
Dropping your bike off
- Please make sure your bike is clean when you drop it off at our shop
- We're pretty flexible (within reason) as to when you drop off and collect your bike, but please ensure you are able to collect your ride within a couple of days once work is completed.

Nestled on the outskirts of Bristol and a stones throw from the Cotswolds AONB, our Winterbourne store is easily accessible from the M4, M5, Bristol centre and is just a 15 minute drive from either the Severn or the Prince of Wales Bridges
